It’s just started 2018, some elementary and junior high school students of Darma Yudha attended the Science Olympiad of Medan State University, in Medan, North Sumatera Province. This event was held on January 14, 2018. The students were sent to join the competition which was attended by many students coming from different regions in Indonesia.

For elementary school, students were trained and guided by Miss Yohana, Miss Juni, and Miss Ruth, while for Junior High School, students were trained and guided by Miss Armi, Mr Mikaron, Mr Jerry, and Mr Petrus. They’re all trained seriously and guided with perseverance to get optimal result.

Eventually, the combination of training given by teachers and competing students’ seriousness got us wonderful achievement. From Darma Yudha elementary school, Jack Howard Wijaya brought home the 1st best gold in science. Halbert Mayer got the 3rd best gold medal for science as well.

From Darma Yudha Junir High School, Vannes Wijaya won the 1st best gold in math. John Howard Wijaya got the 1st best gold in science. Caka Bagas Khairi brought home silver medal in science. Surely, this delightful achievement is such good news for Darma Yudha big family. May this become inspiration for the other students to keep performing or achieving their best. (APW)
