One of the 8th graders in Darma Yudha Junior High School, Galih Permata won a brilliant achievement in swimming competition (02SN) National Students Sporting Event 2017. This event was held in the capital of North Sumatra Province, Medan on September 5th, 2017.

Galih Permata himself was a representative and contingent from Riau Province after previously undergoing regional level selection. This event was attended by other participants coming from various regions in Indonesia.

Galih joined in 50 meters breaststroke and 100 meters breaststroke swimming competition. Afterwards, Galih finally managed to be the champion in the competition with 2 gold medals winning. Amelia Kartika, the contingent from Central Java province on the other hand won a silver medal and Kristina Uli Simbolon, West Kalimantan Province representative succeeded in a bronze medal winning.

This achievement was proven by Galih’s hard work and consistency during the training and it resulted into an optimal achievement. Galih has done a very good job. Congratulation Galih Permata!!! (APW)
